Isha exposed again over FIFA Ebola fund!

By Ester Vulga
Contrary to what the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) want us to believe, we have authoritatively confirmed that the donation to the Ebola Trust Fund from football world governing body FIFA was actually made through to UNICEF and not to the SLFA.

SLFA President Isha Johansen is battling tooth and nail to rescue her already battered image after an unsuccessful attempt to indict some football officials over football bribery scandal – and is doing everything possible to save her integrity.

UNICEF and FIFA have over the years enjoyed a very good partnership in providing humanitarian aid to countries and organisations in need of help.

And just as they did to organisations and countries during the Kick Polio Campaign, FIFA decided to help the Sierra Leonean authorities by donating cash to the Government through UNICEF in their pursuit to eradicate Ebola out of Sierra Leone.

It was reliably gathered that Isha – being head of a member association, pleaded with the UNICEF representative in Sierra Leone to be part of the delegation that went to present the cheque to Sierra Leone’s President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma at State House.

Quite recently, Isha in her desperation to outrightly disqualify her strongest challenger and outright favourite Rodney Michael claimed the latter and few other football officials were involved in match fixing claiming she had the mandate from FIFA to investigate the officials.

FIFA later denied the allegation and when the news was exposed the FA President claimed she was misled.
