IMPORTANT NOTE
The Laboratory for the Kerry Town
Treatment Centre in the Western Area has been installed and has started
operations today. The lab will continue to scale up its operation and will
double the current laboratory capacity for Ebola in the country once it is operational
to its full capacity. This new lab will help reduce the challenge of delayed
results for collected samples from communities due to limited laboratory
capacity.
